About the Sexual Content and Profanity policy

We don't allow apps that contain or promote sexually explicit content or profanity, including pornography. In general, we don't allow content or services intended to be sexually gratifying.

Publishing Status

App status: Suspended

Your app has been suspended and removed due to this policy issue.

Action required: Publish a new compliant version of your app

Here’s what to do to help get your app on Google Play:

1. Read through the Sexual Content and Profanity policy for more details.

2. If it’s possible to bring your app into compliance, make appropriate changes to your app. In addition to addressing the issue identified above, you may also want to check your app’s store listing for compliance, if applicable.

3. Double check that your app is compliant with all other Developer Program Policies.

4. Sign in to your Play Console and submit the updated, policy compliant app using a new package name and a new app name.

要知道这个不同于下架这种比较容易恢复上架的惩罚, 被 Google 暂停十有八九会申诉失败, 按照这个开发者账户的历史记录, 这是第 4 次暂停 (其他开发者账户还有 1 次)

这次没有很慌, 虱子多了不愁, 而且早期有过申诉成功的经验, 按照这个流程写了申诉邮件:

  1. 承认问题

  2. 针对问题的解决方案

  3. 说明问题会对现有用户的影响

  4. 表态会遵守商店规则

这次的失误是我们在制作这一版本的商店详情时使用了错误 XXX,由于疫情期间的人手不足,没有及时发现这些问题。收到了应用暂停的通知我们立即修改了 XXX,XXX 也会在第一时间修正

在和 Google Play 合作的几年里,XXX 成为了 XXX 用户的选择,在最近 30 天,我们给近 XXX 万用户提供服务,如果应用无法恢复更新,这些用户将无法得到稳定的服务,这将对对这些用户造成很大的损失

为此我们希望 Google Play 能恢复 XXX 的更新,我们也会在日后与 Google Play 的合作中更加仔细阅读违规行为的政策,避免这类事情的发生

需要采取的行动:提交您的应用

若要让您的应用在 Google Play 上架,请按照以下步骤重新提交该应用:

登录您的 Play 管理中心。

选择您的应用。

依次选择商店发布 > 主要商品详情。

点击保存。

如果“保存”按钮呈灰显状态,那么您只需对商品详情稍作更改,便可激活按钮。例如,在应用名称后面添加一个空格,然后删除这个空格。按钮变为蓝色后,您便可以提交更新了。

此外,还建议您在重新发布应用之前仔细检查该应用是否符合所有开发者计划政策。如需获得其他帮助,您还可以访问 Play 管理中心帮助中心或 Android 开发者网站。
